For software implementation partners

Be the implementation partner buyers already know before they call.

We run LinkedIn, YouTube and a newsletter for the leadership teams of software implementation partners. Each leader gives us one hour a month. We turn it into a month of posts and video, and we message the people who buy what you sell.

One client: 4M views in 18 months Another: 2M views over two years 10 new buyer conversations a month, typical 400+ posts written 100+ videos made

We know your week, and how your buyers buy.

Whoever runs marketing usually brings us in. This is what they tell us.

"Show me the return"

Your CEO wants numbers and a return on the spend. Nobody fills in a form to say they watched nine of your videos before they called.

"They agreed, then went quiet"

Your executives agreed to post more on LinkedIn. Three weeks later, nothing. Writing about themselves sits ninth on a list of eight.

"There is one of me"

Most marketers wear every hat. The website, the events, the vendor. Now LinkedIn for four executives on top, every week, forever. We know that pain.

Buyers decide before they call

By the time a committee gets in touch, the list is down to three names. If you were quiet, you were never on it.

The vendor is selling more direct

Omdia puts the share of IT spend that goes through partners at 69% last year, 65% this year and 63% next. A partner that can only be found through its vendor is in trouble.

Your rivals sell the same software

So price becomes the tie breaker. The firm that wins is the one the buyer feels they already know.

The proof, straight from their accounts.

Most of these are software implementation partners in the US, with 1 to 2 leaders on the system. Screenshots from their own LinkedIn analytics. Names blurred, because we run these profiles and the posts are live.

10 new conversations with buyers, started every month. Typical, counted in the CRM, never guaranteed. One client has passed 100 buyers who asked to talk in two years. The views below are what make that happen.
LinkedIn analytics: 925,239 impressions across 90 days of daily spikes
90 days: 925,239 views. It dipped against the quarter before. The month after, it was up 191%.

How we run it for your leadership team.

Each leader gives us one hour a month. We do everything after that, and nothing goes out without a yes from your side.

How many of your leaders should the market hear from?

2 leaders on it means 2 hours a month from your team. We turn it into a month of content and connect you with your buyers.

Most of the software partners we work with do the founder plus their sales or marketing lead.

Three channels, three jobs.

Strangers notice you on LinkedIn. The ones who care watch the full episode. The ones who trust you join the list.

Job: attention

LinkedIn

Where your buyers already are.

  • B2B buyers scroll it every day.
  • Content: make sure you're seen.
  • DMs and connections: start conversations.
Job: trust

YouTube

Where people go to search for answers.

  • Buyers search. Your episode is the answer.
  • Found for years after you post it.
  • Long enough to earn real trust.
Job: owned

Newsletter

The list nobody can take away.

  • Feeds change. Email lands.
  • For the people who read, not watch.
  • The direct line for whatever you sell next.
Why long-form

Trust takes time

Nobody buys from a stranger after thirty seconds. A full episode of you working through a real problem earns it. It's also the master everything else is cut from.

Why short-form

Attention costs nothing

Shorts and posts find people who've never heard of you. They're cut from the episode, so there's nothing new to record. Each one is a door into the long version.

David and Kristel laughing together on a sofa

Who you will actually work with.

I'm David. I grew a tech founder's LinkedIn into a steady stream of leads, then turned that into FREQENCY. I run your strategy and most of your content, with our copywriters and video editors. I'm in your recording hour every month.

I'm Kristel. I left my corporate job when this took off. I run your outreach: the DMs, the appointment setters and most of the team. When a buyer replies, my team is the one chasing it.

The same system runs David's own LinkedIn.

You're skeptical. Good.

The questions we get on almost every call.

My industry is small. Everyone knows everyone.
That is why nothing goes out until you have read it and said yes. Every word comes off your own interview, so you are never handed an opinion you do not hold. Tell us once what would land badly with a partner or a vendor and it never comes up again.
How do I justify this to my CEO?
The same way you justify the conference stand, with better paperwork. Every month you get views, profile visits, conversations started and what we changed. We will not hand you a tidy cost per lead, because the buyer who watched nine of your videos before calling does not tell anyone they did.
What if my executives stop showing up?
We book the hour, send the questions in advance, and chase them, not you. Miss a month and we work from what we already have. If someone has checked out, we move their seat to somebody who wants it.
Do I have to manage you?
No. David runs your strategy and your content, with the copywriters and video editors, and he is in your recording hour every month. Kristel runs your outreach: the DMs, the appointment setters and most of the team. Your side is one hour a month per leader, one message thread, and a monthly report.
Will you post junk under my name?
No. You see every post before it publishes, and you can change it or kill it. Real people write, post and reply. No bots, no automation spam.
Why $6,000 a month?
That is two leaders, which is how most of the software partners we work with run it, usually the founder plus their sales or marketing lead. Five people work the account: an account manager, a writer, a video editor, a media coach and an outreach pro. Hiring that team yourself runs $105K to $160K a year. Each leader after the first two adds $1,500 a month. It is one YouTube channel for the firm, not one per leader. Buying the same five things from four separate suppliers, for one executive, runs about $10K to $15K a month at their published prices.
How fast will I see anything?
Week one: strategy document, profile rebuilt, first interview recorded, first posts ready for your sign off. Months 2 and 3 are when it takes off. That is when the conversations with buyers start, typically about 10 a month once it is running. Never guaranteed.
What do you need from us?
One hour a month from each leader, on camera. LinkedIn Sales Navigator for each leader, about $120 a month paid to LinkedIn, which we help set up. Your target account list if you have one. Your logo and some real photos. Someone on your side to take the call when a buyer says yes. And honest feedback when something does not sound like you.
What if it's not for me?
Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. No long contract, no exit fee. Or start with the 25 day trial: a $997 deposit, fully refundable, and you keep all the content either way. Say yes at the end and that $997 becomes your setup fee. One payment either way, never two.

Pick a time. Right here.

A 30 minute call with David. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so on the call.
